Right-of-Entry <br /> EI Dorado Auto, 2070 S EI Dorado Street,Stockton, San Joaquin County, <br /> California 95206 <br /> Underground Storage Tank Site Survey <br /> The California State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board)and the U.S. <br /> Environmental Protection Agency(U.S. EPA) have notified Margaret Quiroga (hereinafter <br /> "Owner"),the owners of the property at 2070 5 EI Dorado Street,Stockton,San Joaquin <br /> County,California 95206,APN: 167-050.01 (the "Property'),of their need for the right of <br /> access under, over and across the Property for the purpose of performing an Underground <br /> Storage Tank(UST)Site Survey. <br /> "UST Site Survey" shall mean all actions necessary to investigate the condition of the UST at the <br /> Property and to ensure that any UST at the Property does not pose a threat to the <br /> environment.These actions shall include, but are not limited to,conducting geophysical surveys <br /> and tank gauging, removing and analyzing contents of the USfs, sealing the tanks,and assessing <br /> the condition of the Property through the collection of soil and groundwater samples. <br /> Owner for the Property hereby grants and extends to the State Water Board, U.S. EPA,and <br /> their agents,employees, contractors and authorized representatives,the right of access under, <br /> over,and across the Property for the purpose of performing said UST Site Survey. <br /> Owner, and his heirs,assigns,personal representatives and/or estate understand that the State <br /> Water Board,and U.S. EPA may,for whatever reason, including lack of available funds, <br /> discontinue the UST Site Survey at any time. <br /> This right of entry shall terminate two years from the effective date of this Right-of-Entry or <br /> when the UST Site Survey is completed or discontinued,whichever is sooner. <br /> Executed this day of JH r2 (Month), A016 (Year) <br /> v <br /> ign re Owner <br /> nnLdJ(0 /Qf <br /> 4 <br /> Pnted ame <br />
