(Continuation Sheet) <br /> PROJECT EI Dorado Auto 1 <br /> REPORT NO. <br /> ADDRESS 2070 EI Dorado Street,California 95206 DATE June 28,2016 <br /> ADDITIONAL NOTES,OBSERVATIONS,AND/OR FILE REVIEW SUMMARY <br /> APN: 167-050-01 <br /> In a conversation with Ms. Margaret Quiroga she relayed the following information: Ms. Quiroga's husband <br /> purchased the Site in 1968 and did not operate the gasoline USTs. The waste oil UST was utilized by Ms. <br /> Quiroga's husband from approximately 1968 to 1982. The waste oil UST may have a remote fill pipe in the <br /> station building. <br /> Her husband did not use the gasoline USTs for waste oil storage. Ms. Quiroga is interested in pumping the USTs <br /> and properly closing them in place. <br /> San Joaquin County has relayed the following information regarding the Site: <br /> San Joaquin County became aware of the USTs in the mid to late 1990's when oversight for USTs was <br /> transfered to the Unified Program Agency. <br /> A Notice to Abate was issued to Ms. Quiroga on February 15, 2000. On January 24, 2003 the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department referred the Site to the District Attorney(DA). On January 3, 2005 The (DA). <br /> Filed a complaint against Ms. Quiroga for failing to respond to the February 2000 Notice to Abate. <br /> County Environmental Health tentatively approves of closing the USTs in place if approval is obtained from <br /> the Stockton Fire Dept. <br /> The internal diameter of the UST fillpips are as follows:T-WO-1: approximately 3"; T-W-2, T-M-3, &T-E-4 were <br /> each approximately 0.35' (-4.2"). No obstructions were observed in the fillpipes. <br /> Depth to bottom of fillports and estimate of content volume: <br /> T-WO-1: 5.0 feet to top of sludge,6.17 feet to hard contact with tank bottom.The volume of the UST ontents cannot be <br /> accurately estimated due to unknown UST size, a rang is provided: Sludge: —130 to —400-gal; water: —400 to <br /> —1,400-gal; oil: —22 to 650-gal. <br /> T-W-2: 11.58', at least 8,000-gallons of water, UST is over filled based on tank size used for estimate. <br /> T-M-3: 11.34', approximately 6,920-gallons of water. <br /> T-E-4: 11.29', approximately 88-gallons of water, and at least 7,900-gallons of waste oil.
