EI Dorado St., Stockton
EXTERNAL:
Hi Alan,
Our statement of"no further action" was due to the history of the site and these specific tanks. Per our
records, the tanks were previously decommissioned. In 2016, the EPA hired a company (Redhorse) to clean
out the tanks. Afterwards, the owner had the tanks filled with concrete. We conducted an inspection last
month and were able to verify that the concrete could be observed in all four tanks. We have been in contact
with the current owner, Pedro Quiroga, for any additional records he may have regarding the tanks. He was in
Georgia at the time, but said he would send over anything he could find when he returned. His phone number
is on the inspection report, but I have an email address I can provide if you'd like it for your records. It's
possible that Tom Henderson has additional information besides what we have in our records, as well.
1
