Please provide more detail on criteria for inspection <br />and repair of the final cover, methods for inspection <br />and evaluation of the need for repairs, methods for <br />repair, and settlement monitoring. <br />When resubmitting plans operators may either (1) resubmit new <br />copies of the revised plans or (2) submit revised pages for <br />insertion into the submitted plans. the revision number and date <br />must appear on each revised page or drawing. A revised title <br />page indicating the original plan date and all revision numbers <br />and dates is required. A new table of contents, if necessary, is <br />also required. Please submit only two copies when resubmitting <br />plans to the Board. <br />Please inform the Board in writing within three weeks when you <br />will resubmit the closure and postclosure maintenance plans. <br />Should you have any questions regarding the above matter, please <br />contact me at (916) 255-2353.
