Hazelton <br />Stockton, CA 95205 <br />April 25, 1994 <br />RE: Financial Assurances Fund Documentation for Landfill Closure and/or Postclosure <br />Maintenance Funds of the Foothill SLF, 39 -AA -0004; Corral Hollow Landfill, <br />39 -AA -0005; and the North County SLF, 39 -AA -0022 <br />Dear Mr. Selling: <br />The California Integrated Waste Management Board staff are in the process of reviewing <br />the Enterprise Fund balances for the above identified landfills for demonstration of financial <br />responsibility. Information is not needed for the Harney Lane Landfill, Facility No. <br />39 -AA -0003 at this time. <br />Please identify and submit the following information by May 16, 1994 for each identified <br />landfill: <br />1) The "total permitted capacity," as defined in Title 14, CCR, Division 7, <br />Chapter 5, Article 3.5, section 18281(w) as the capacity approved by the <br />landfill's permit but excluding any capacity filled prior to August 18, 1989. <br />2) The "permitted capacity filled" as defined in section 18281(r) of the <br />regulations from date of last calculation (or you can provide a lump sum of <br />- cy from 8-18-89), to up to 60 days prior to the anniversary date of <br />September 25, 1990. <br />3) Current closure and/or postclosure maintenance estimates (omit postclosure <br />estimate information for the North County Landfill.)
