The <br /> following comments are in response to the deficiencies noted in the plans. <br /> (1) At least one sign indicating where the closure and post closure plans can be <br /> viewed for public review shall remain posted and maintained in a legible and <br /> upright condition in a visible location at the main point of access to the facility <br /> for the duration of the post closure maintenance period. The sign shall also <br /> include an emergency telephone number (14CCR-17767). <br /> (2) Post closure Maintenance Plan - Any future plans for reduction of landfill gas <br /> monitoring frequency during the post closure maintenance period shall be <br /> approved by CIWMB and the LEA. <br /> Should you have any questions regarding these comments, please call Jeff Carruesco, <br /> Registered Environmental Health Specialist at (209)468-3438. <br /> Ernest M.
