The Corral Hollow Sanitary Landfill is located on Corral Hollow <br />Road approximately 5 miles south of Tracy, California (Figure 1). <br />The site is a Class III landfill which will stop accepting waste <br />in May, 1995. In accordance with closure regulations, a network <br />of seven perimeter gas monitoring wells was installed by SCS <br />Engineers (Figure 2). <br />The seven wells were monitored for methane on April 27, 1995. <br />The results of the monitoring are shown on the following table. <br />
