E <br />The Corral Hollow Sanitary Landfill is located on Corral Hollow <br />Road approximately 5 miles south of Tracy, California (Figure 1). <br />The site is a Class III landfill which stopped accepting waste in <br />May, 1995. In accordance with closure regulations, a network of <br />seven perimeter gas monitoring wells was installed by SCS <br />Engineers (Figure 2). <br />The seven wells were monitored for methane on July 5, 1995. The <br />results of the monitoring are shown on the following table. <br />
