Box 1810 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> RE : Final Closure and Postclosure Maintenance Plans, Corral <br /> Hollow Landfill, San Joaquin County, Facility No. 39-AA-0005 <br /> Dear Mr. Horton: <br /> The staff of the California Integrated Waste Management Board <br /> (CIWMB) have reviewed the following documents which constitute <br /> Final Closure and Postclosure Maintenance Plans (Final Plans) for <br /> the Corral Hollow Landfill : <br /> Construction Quality Assurance Plan (Revised) July 14, 1995. <br /> Final Closure and Postclosure Maintenance Plans for the Corral <br /> Hollow Landfill dated February 1995 (Revision 3) . <br /> CIWMB staff have found that the Final Plans and financial <br /> assurance mechanism meet the requirements of Title 14 , California <br /> Code of Regulations (14 CCR) , Division 7, Chapter 3 , Article 7 . 8 , <br /> and Chapter 5, Articles 3 .4 and 3 . 5 . <br /> .The Final Plans for the Corral Hollow Landfill are hereby <br /> approved.
