Box 1810 <br /> Stockton, California 95201 <br /> RE- Authorization for Disbursement of Funds for Closure from the <br /> Enterprise Fund for the Corral Hollow Sanitary Landfill, <br /> Facility No. 39-AA-0005 <br /> Dear Mr. Horton: <br /> Title 14, California Code of Regulations, Division 7, Chapter 5 , <br /> Article 3 .4 , section 18262 .3 (a) (7) requires, as a part of the <br /> final closure plan, a detailed schedule outlining disbursement of <br /> funds from a trust fund, enterprise fund, or government <br /> securities . <br /> According to the regulations cited above, disbursement of <br /> $710, 812 to cover the first phase of closure activities, as <br /> described in the most recently approved closure plan, has been <br /> approved this date by the California Integrated Waste Management <br /> Board (IWMB) for the facility named above. <br /> If, during any phase of the closure activities, it is determined <br /> that the County has failed or is failing to perform closure <br /> activities as described in the most recently approved closure <br /> plan or revised disbursement schedule, action may be taken to <br /> limit the operator' s ability to further access funds, and to <br /> recoup any unused monies . / <br /> Approval of the disbursement of these funds does not make the <br /> IWMB a party to or bind it to the terms and conditions of any <br /> contract or agreement made by the operator in relation to its <br /> closure activities . <br /> Printed on Recycled Paper-- <br />
