Box 2009 <br /> Stockton, California 95201 <br /> The Board is responsible for ensuring that closure and <br /> postclosure maintenance plans comply with the regulations found <br /> in Title 14, California Code of Regulations, Division 7, Chapter <br /> 3 , Article 7 . 8 and Chapter 5, Articles 3 .4 and 3 . 5 . The Board <br /> will ensure that an environmental document, as defined in <br /> California Environmental Quality Act (14 CCR 15361) , has been <br /> prepared which describes the project, alternatives to the <br /> project, if applicable, any related environmental impacts and <br /> mitigation measures to minimize any significant adverse <br /> environmental impacts. . <br /> Printed on Recycled Paper-- <br />
