The program shall require documented inspections at least monthly, and that any 22 accumulation of liquid or debris discovered during these inspections is promptly removed and the 23 source of liquid or debris addressed. Defendants shall ensure that their employees comply with the 24 spill bucket and spill box inspection and maintenance once instituted. 25 w. Defendants shall insure that each container, receptacle, pump, dispenser 26 and inlet end of the fill pipe of each underground storage tank is properly labeled with the name of 27 the product, the brand, the trademark, the trade name, and the grade and brand name at any location 28 where Defendants sells fuel, pursuant to the requirements of Business and Professions Code 13480. to Hassan &Sons,Inc.,et al.
