Walton Engineering removed all product lines <br />two weeks ago. Apex collected soil sampler under Stockton Fire Department direction. <br />Figure 3 shows the areas that are over cleanup levels for motor oil. <br />Apex recommend excavating these areas two additional feet and then resampling. Motor oil does not travel very far in <br />the subsurface. <br />The excavated soil can be added to the current stockpile and then we will resample the stockpile for disposal purposes <br />The Fire Department sent this project over to the County. The County told us today that they will not be the lead agency <br />and that the Water Board will. <br />
