The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br />addressed for MICKE GROVE GOLF LINKS as of May 10, 2021. <br />Open violations from March 16, 2021 inspection <br />Violation #2 -Failed to initially complete and electronically submit a HMBP. <br />OBSERVATIOI�t A complete Hazardous Materials Business Plan was not submitted electronically to the California <br />Environmental Reporting System (GFRs). <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: As of January 1, 2013, all businesses were required to submit all business plans <br />electronically. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the corrector updated <br />information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />❑ This violation was corrected <br />❑ Supporting documents included <br />❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />Violation #3 -Failed to establish and implement a hazardous materials business plan. <br />OBSERVATIOi�t A Hazardous Materials Business Plan has not been established or implemented. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A Hazardous Materials Business Plan shall be established and implemented for <br />emergency response to a release or threatened release of a hazardous material when storing hazardous materials <br />at or above the thresholds quantities of 55 gallons for materials that are liquids, 500 pounds for solids, or 200 cubic <br />feet for compressed gas, at standard temperature and pressure. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. <br />❑ This violation was corrected <br />❑ Supporting documents included <br />❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />Violation #5 -Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on <br />site. <br />OBSERVATIOI�t Greater than 500 pounds of nitrogen fertilizers (actual volume was not available), 500 pounds of <br />ferrous sulfate heptahydrate, one 55 gallon drum of waste oil, 500 gallons of diesel, 500 gallons of gasoline, and <br />270 pounds of carbon dioxide were found on site that have not been reported to CERS. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br />facility's business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br />approval. <br />Page 1 of 5 <br />
