Liberty Rd, Clements <br /> APN 021-200-24, SR0083415, PA-1700291 (SA) <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the Soil Suitability/Nitrate <br /> Loading (SSNL) Study, dated January 30, 2021; its addendum dated January 17, 2022 and memorandum <br /> dated March 31, 2022 for the above noted location, and has the following comments for your consideration. <br /> The SSNL was prepared to determine the suitability of the above noted parcel for Onsite Wastewater <br /> Treatment System (OWTS) usage and the potential long-term impact of nitrate to groundwater resulting from <br /> 75 customers and 4 employees. <br /> a.
