Complaint Investigation Summary Report#:5105 <br /> COMPLAINT ID: CO0053221 Site Location: 5741 E VERIGAN RD <br /> Activity Summary <br /> Activity Date Recorded by <br /> 01/19/2021 Called owner and informed him I would be going out today to do a 14 day follow up LINDSAY <br /> on the recreational vehicle for hazardous electrical. He said he would meet me out <br /> there. <br /> Drove to property and observed water and electrical still connected to recreational <br /> vehicle. Began posting paperwork and taking photos. <br /> Posted recreational vehicle Prowler with a Notice to Vacate due to hazardous <br /> electrical cords that are hidden under the ground, and under cement bricks to <br /> avoid being wet due to causing the circuit to flip. Took photos and posted both the <br /> recreational vehicle notice to abate and a recreational vehicle Notice to Vacate. <br /> 01/19/2021 Owner called and left a voicemail stating the recreational vehicle would be moved LINDSAY <br /> by 1 am and I do not need to open a housing case. <br /> Informed Scott of the voicemail the owner left me, and we discused how there isn't <br /> a notice of violations for a recreational vehicle and we should leave it on the <br /> complaint. <br /> Called the owner back and let him know that we would not be starting the housing <br /> case but he will still have to pay off the other housing case. He then asked for <br /> Scotts number. Gave him his number. I let him know I would be going by on <br /> Thursday to see if the recreational vehicle is gone. <br /> 01/20/2021 Created photo log for posting recreational vehicle with a Notice to Vacate due to LINDSAY <br /> hazardous electrical after 10 day grace period to correct violations had expired. <br /> 01/20/2021 Report Number: 21-1411. LINDSAY <br /> Deputy called and asked if recreational vehicle was posted 404.2. 1 said yes. He <br /> said owner stated police can take the RV off the property. I let the officer know that <br /> I informed the owner the police would escort the women off the property but as for <br /> the RV I told the owner he would need to talk to a lawyer if he could move her <br /> personal belongings. <br /> Officer started a report and asked for my name and department. <br /> Gave him my work cell phone if he has any other questions. <br /> 01/21/2021 Received a call from owner stating the RV will be moved next Tuesday for sure. LINDSAY <br /> He asked me to do a drive by next Tuesday to confirm it is gone. <br /> I wrote it on my calendar. <br /> Received a call from a deputy asking if RV was on the 404.2 list, I informed them <br /> yes, the RV is added to the 404.2 list. <br /> 01/25/2021 Owner called and stated that the trailers truck is broken and won't be fixed until LINDSAY <br /> next Tuesday or Wednesday and asked for me to drive by then. I told them that <br /> would be fine. Wrote it on my calendar <br /> 02/02/2021 Received photo from owner that RV is moved off site. Owner left a voicemail LINDSAY <br /> stating that the recreational vehicle has been moved and I can close the <br /> complaint. <br /> Printed photo and created OIR. Filled out complaint form and called owner to <br /> inform him I would be closing the complaint and he will receive the last posting <br /> and the closing paperwork in the mail. <br /> Printed 5105 and gave to Scott to review. <br /> 5105.rpt Page 2 of 2 <br />
