Complaint Investigation Summary Report#:5105 COMPLAINT ID: CO0053221 Site Location: 5741 E VERIGAN RD Activity Summary Activity Date Recorded by 01/19/2021 Called owner and informed him I would be going out today to do a 14 day follow up LINDSAY on the recreational vehicle for hazardous electrical. He said he would meet me out there. Drove to property and observed water and electrical still connected to recreational vehicle. Began posting paperwork and taking photos. Posted recreational vehicle Prowler with a Notice to Vacate due to hazardous electrical cords that are hidden under the ground, and under cement bricks to avoid being wet due to causing the circuit to flip. Took photos and posted both the recreational vehicle notice to abate and a recreational vehicle Notice to Vacate. 01/19/2021 Owner called and left a voicemail stating the recreational vehicle would be moved LINDSAY by 1 am and I do not need to open a housing case. Informed Scott of the voicemail the owner left me, and we discused how there isn't a notice of violations for a recreational vehicle and we should leave it on the complaint. Called the owner back and let him know that we would not be starting the housing case but he will still have to pay off the other housing case. He then asked for Scotts number. Gave him his number. I let him know I would be going by on Thursday to see if the recreational vehicle is gone. 01/20/2021 Created photo log for posting recreational vehicle with a Notice to Vacate due to LINDSAY hazardous electrical after 10 day grace period to correct violations had expired. 01/20/2021 Report Number: 21-1411. LINDSAY Deputy called and asked if recreational vehicle was posted 404.2. 1 said yes. He said owner stated police can take the RV off the property. I let the officer know that I informed the owner the police would escort the women off the property but as for the RV I told the owner he would need to talk to a lawyer if he could move her personal belongings. Officer started a report and asked for my name and department. Gave him my work cell phone if he has any other questions. 01/21/2021 Received a call from owner stating the RV will be moved next Tuesday for sure. LINDSAY He asked me to do a drive by next Tuesday to confirm it is gone. I wrote it on my calendar. Received a call from a deputy asking if RV was on the 404.2 list, I informed them yes, the RV is added to the 404.2 list. 01/25/2021 Owner called and stated that the trailers truck is broken and won't be fixed until LINDSAY next Tuesday or Wednesday and asked for me to drive by then. I told them that would be fine. Wrote it on my calendar 02/02/2021 Received photo from owner that RV is moved off site. Owner left a voicemail LINDSAY stating that the recreational vehicle has been moved and I can close the complaint. Printed photo and created OIR. Filled out complaint form and called owner to inform him I would be closing the complaint and he will receive the last posting and the closing paperwork in the mail.
