THERE ARE SEVERAL UNITS THAT HAVE LEAKING <br />ROOFS. THE ROOF WAS PATCHED WITH CARDBOARD. <br />OBSERVATIONS/COMMENTS: <br />WHEN I VISITED THE PROPERTY, I TALKED TO THE OFFICE MANAGER WHO HANDED ME THE PHONE TO THE PROPERTY OWNER <br />WHO STATED THAT THEY JUST HAD THE ROOF REPLACED AND THEY ARE WORKING ON REPAINTING THE CEILINGS THAT WERE <br />DAMAGED. I WALKED TO A FEW APARTMENTS WITH THE ALLEGED ROOF DAMAGE AND TALKED TO THE TENANTS. ALL TENANTS DID <br />NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT AS THE OFFICE WAS TAKING CARE OF THE ROOF ISSUE. Two TENANTS WERE <br />CONCERNED ABOUT THE SLIGHT MOLD ON THE CEILING, I TALKED TO THE OFFICE ABOUT IT, AND THE OFFICE REASSURED THE <br />TENANTS THAT A CLEANING SOLUTION WILL BE USED TO CLEAN THE MOLD BEFORE REPAINTING.
