LINDSAY <br /> Drove around parcel and got out of the car. Did not observe any apartment <br /> complexes or anything that resembled an apartment. The bar that is dilapidated is <br /> next door and I observed a trailer on it that did not have any connections and did <br /> not look like it had anyone inside. <br /> I did not observe any trailers on the property of the parcel, and property is <br /> connected to city water. <br /> Called complainant while out on inspection and left a voicemail asking for more <br /> information. <br /> 01/28/2021 Completed alleged housing letter to the property owner for numerous violations on LINDSAY <br /> the property. Trailers with people living in it without running water, rats, roaches, <br /> property not zoned for apartment dwelling, and two PG&E meters on site. <br /> Submitted complaint and letter to Scott to review. <br /> 02/03/2021 MAILED REGULAR NOTIFICATION OF COMPLAINT OF ALLEGED HOUSING BALLWAHN <br /> VIOLATIONS TO PROPERTY OWNER. <br /> GUSTAVO GARCIA <br /> 10761 SAVOY C I R <br /> STOCKTON CA 95205 <br /> 02/12/2021 The owner Jose Gustavo (209) 470-6688 came in with a complaint letter from SUSZYCKI <br /> Ciera. Yvonne translated as he only spoke Spanish. Jose was very upset and <br /> provided documents and pictures showing that the complaint was false. I made <br /> scans of the documents and put them on Ciera's desk so that she can deiced if <br /> they are sufficient enough to close the case. I had Yvonne tell Jose that more then <br /> likely we will just close it. <br /> 02/16/2021 Discussed owner coming into office last friday with paperwork. Informed Mike I LINDSAY <br /> was going to close this complaint as I could not find anything while on site. <br /> Received paperwork from owner on Friday with PGE statements and other <br /> information.
