Complaint Investigation Summary Report#:5105 COMPLAINT ID: CO0053352 Site Location: 1624 S OLIVE AVE Activity Summary Activity Date Recorded by 01/29/2021 Visited the property for a complaint of a structure fire. There are three single family SUSZYCKI dwellings on the property, 4014 E. Section, 1624 A S. Olive, and 1624 B. 1624 is where the fire occurred. � and his son live in the home. is the son of the deceased owner Sue Merck. When I arrived amps present at 1624 A. He said that he was guard their possessions until his son was able to get a truck to move them to a safer location. The property is surrounded by a fence and the area around 1624 A and B has barbed wire on top of it. I told that when he is not on the property to make sure the gate is locked. I also told him that if people start entering the home we will need him to board it up. 1624 A was gutted by the fire and gas and power were disconnected. 1624 B was in a very dilapidated state with the roof starting to cave in and the attached car port was collapsed. The home also had no gas or power. told me that used to live in the home but moved to the main house, 4014 Section a other passed. 4014 Section was also in a dilapidated state with a deteriorated exterior and a missing window. There is an addition to the structure that was either unpermitted or repaired without a permit. The entire property was filled with junk and trash. I posted 1624 A and B with a Notice to Vacate, a Notice and Order to Abate, and a Notice to Secure. I posted 4014 Section with a Notice and Order to Abate. See PR0546472. 02/01/2021 Called and W W . Left a message. SANGALANG Received call back from He said that he wants to make sure that we know they are not abandoning Fe property. They want to fix the houses, but the property is under his deceased mother's name. He may have a difficult time getting permits to fix. I told him that the property must remain secured. I told him about getting a fire inspection from CDD. I told him that I would ask the area inspector to give him a call. 02/04/2021 Abated the complaint to PR0546472.
