When I arrived the property was still filled with excessive <br /> amounts of junk and trash. The person living there did not give us permission to <br /> come on to the property but I could hear a generator running. I asked him if PG&E <br /> had shut off his power and he said yes. I told him that the County does not allow <br /> generators to be used as a continuous power source. He said that I was wrong. I <br /> told him him that it is considered a hazard due to the propensity to start a fire and <br /> the noise is also a nuisance to the neighborhood. He went on to tell me that this <br /> was BS. I posted the single family dwelling with a Notice to Vacate and a Notice <br /> and Order to Abate. <br /> 02/16/2021 Abated the complaint to PR0544619. Turned the form in for review.
