I did not see SUSZYCKI <br /> any recent permits taken out. <br /> Printed out a satellite image of the property using Parcel Viewer. <br /> 03/01/2021 Called the complainant and set up an appointment to do an inspection on 3/2/21 at SUSZYCKI <br /> 0900. Complainant claims that the owner Stan Powers just off utilities in order to <br /> force her out after she would not have relations with him. <br /> 03/02/2021 Visited the property with Jose from Code Enforcement. When we arrived we met SUSZYCKI <br /> witsid <br /> along the e of the store. From there we went up a stair case to her <br /> apa men on the second floor. The apartment was in good condition with the only <br /> problems being that the water was shut off and the vent fan in the windowless <br /> bathroom was not functioning.�had water in the bathroom to fill the toilet. <br /> According to Jose the apartment was not defiantly not permitted. While we were <br /> there, a couple of the owner's employees came into the apartment to look at the <br /> hot water heater but it felt more like they were keeping an eye on us. <br /> I posted the apartment with a Notice and Order to Abate and I told that I <br /> would give Stan 30 days to get the water turned back on or I would have to red tag <br /> it. I told her that I would normally red tag for not having water but she was able to <br /> keep the apartment clean and there were no sewage issues. <br /> See PR0546557. <br /> 03/09/2021 Abated the complaint to PR0546557.
