The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for UNION POINT MARINA BAR & GRILL INC as of March05 , 2021 . <br /> Open violations from June 22, 2017 inspection <br /> Violation #3 - Failed to establish and implement a hazardous materials business plan . <br /> A Hazardous Materials Business Plan has not been established or implemented . A Hazardous Materials Business <br /> Plan shall be established and implemented for emergency response to a release or threatened release of a <br /> hazardous material when storing hazardous materials at or above the thresholds quantities of 55 gallons for <br /> materials that are liquids , 500 pounds for solids , or 200 cubic feet for compressed gas , at standard temperature and <br /> pressure . Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System ( CERS ) at http : //cers . calepa , ca , gov/, <br /> enter the required information , and submit for review by the EHD . <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by ( date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Violation #5 - Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on <br /> site . <br /> A reportable amount of compressed carbon dioxide gas was found on site that has not been reported . Any material <br /> that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility' s business plan . Immediately log into <br /> the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS ) at http : //cers. calepa . ca . gov/ , add the materials to the <br /> hazardous material inventory , and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Violation #6 - Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br /> The site maps do not contain north indicators , drains , access and exit points emergency shutoffs , evacuation <br /> staging areas , carbon dioxide storage and handling areas and emergency response equipment. A site map shall <br /> contain a north orientation , loading areas , internal roads , adjacent streets , storm and sewer drains , access and exit <br /> points , emergency shutoffs , evacuation staging areas , hazardous material handling and storage areas , and <br /> emergency response equipment.
