The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br />addressed for Shepard Bros. - Stockton as of December 14, 2020. <br />Open violations from July 10, 2020 inspection <br />Violation #11 -Failed to provide or document initial and/or refresher training to appropriate personnel. <br />Documentation showing initial and annual refresher training of 1. Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate <br />local emergency response personnel and to the unified program agency; 2. Procedures for the mitigation of a <br />release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to persons, property, or the environment; <br />and 3. Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the business site; was not available at the <br />time of inspection. The business plan shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive initial <br />and annual refresher training. All employees shall be trained in safety procedures in the event of a release or <br />threatened release of a hazardous material, including, but not limited to, familiarity with the following plans and <br />procedures: <br />(A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified <br />program agency. <br />(B) Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br />persons, property, or the environment <br />(C) Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the business site.
