Can you please tell me if the violations have been closed? <br /> <br />Thank you, <br />Debbie Lawyer <br />Walton Engineering, Inc. <br /> <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS-INSPECTION-2019 <br />Site #039 <br />3010022 9/30/2019 <br />Violation Comments: CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately post the required information at the facility. <br />Provide a statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department that the correction is <br />complete. <br />Per the manager at Quik Stop-site #039, the required information is posted next to the phone. <br /> <br />3010010 9/30/2019 <br />Violation Comments: CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate a copy of the destination facility signed manifests and <br />send a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). If the destination facility <br />signed manifest <br />013702526 FLE dated 8/27/2019-Manifest attached <br /> <br />2030013-8/05/2019 <br />Violation Comments: The designated operator failed to check and note the correct test dates for the triennial <br />secondary containment testing on the visual inspection reports. The date is incorrectly listed as 6/19/17. The <br />routine triennial secondary containment testing was last conducted on 10/31/16. During the inspection, the <br />designated operator shall check that all required testing and maintenance for the UST system have been <br />completed and document the dates they were done. Ensure that designated operators performing inspections <br />at this facility are including all of the required information on the reports. The designated operator failed to <br />check and note all required items on the visual inspection reports. The incorrect and missing information <br />included the following from the 7/29/19, 7/1/19, 6/3/19, 5/6/19, 4/8/19, 3/18/19, 2/19/19, 1/21/19, 12/26/18, <br />11/27/18, 10/30/18, and 10/1/18 inspection reports: -No NA answers were documented in Section V. -The <br />question regarding sump <br />sensor locations-For future DO reports the designated operator will ensure that all required information <br />is included and reported in the time frame require.
