A State EPA ID number is required for generators of less than 100 kg RCRA hazardous waste per <br />month, less than one kg of acutely hazardous waste per month or any amount of non-RCRA hazardous waste. ID <br />numbers are unique to a business and site location. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Go to the DTSC web site at https://dtsc.ca.gov/apply-for-hazardous-waste-epa-id-number/ <br />to obtain an ID number . Immediately apply for your ID number and submit evidence to the San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br /> 119 HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report program data in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br />OBSERVATION: This business's hazardous waste activities have not been reported on the California <br />Environmental Reporting System (CERS) website. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Each regulated business shall report program data electronically on the CERS <br />website. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately report your business activities including the hazardous waste program on the <br />CERS website.
