Ensure that the filters are labeled as “Drained Used Oil Filters” with
the accumulation start date. They are due for recycling within one year of generation. The transporter should
provide a copy of the bill of lading. The bill of lading records should be kept for three years.

We will also need a written statement for the disposition of the waste paint ink.

Thank you,

Claudia Muro
Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
Front Office: (209) 468-3420
Mobile: (209) 561-8923
Fax: (209) 468-3433
Email: cmuro@sjgov.org

From: Stephanie Fogle <sfogle@pcoastp.com>
Sent: Wednesday, January 13, 2021 10:02 AM
To: Muro, Claudia [EHD] <cmuro@sjgov.org>
Cc: Jennifer Weigum <jweigum@pcoastp.com>
Subject: Used oil filter recycling

CAUTION: This email is originated from outside of the organization.
