S A N J 0 A Q I I I Irl Environmental Health Department <br /> C o u N T AMENDED <br /> 3/11/2021 <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> Galt Super Lube 25560 N HWY 99 , Acampo March 09, 2021 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil filters or fuel filters. <br /> OBSERVATION: Containers of used metal oil filters out of compliance with the storage rules were observed on-site. <br /> The following used metal oil filter containers were on-site: <br /> -One 55-gallon drum of metal drained used oil filters was observed with accumulation start date 10-21-19. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66266.130 Management of Used Oil <br /> Filters. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately drain all metal oil filters of free-flowing oil, store them in closed, rainproof <br /> containers, label the container with the words"drained used oil filters,"and mark the container with an accumulation <br /> start date. Dispose of all used oil filters stored on-site greater than one year. Used oil filters not stored, handled <br /> and disposed of according to this section are regulated as hazardous waste. Provide a corrective action statement, <br /> disposal records and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
