COMPLAINANT WENT MOST <br /> RECENTLY TODAY ABOUT 2:30PM AND THE CHICKEN SANDWICH WAS DOUGHY AND NOT COOKED ALL THE <br /> WAY THROUGH. COMPLAINANT STATES EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE WHEN THEY COMPLAIN. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I went to the facility and spoke to one of the managers onsite. <br /> Per manager she was not aware oft he compliant prior to this investigation. <br /> The chicken sandwich is a raw patty that is tossed in batter mix and deep fried for seven minutes. <br /> After patties are fried, patties are stored in warmers at the sandwich station and are held for no longer that 45 minutes. <br /> There were no chicken patties at the sandwich station hot hold at the time of this investigation. <br /> Patties were being deep fried at the time of my visit. <br /> I observed patty out of deep fryer at a temperature of 201 F. <br /> The manager showed me how sandwich is assembled. <br /> Once ordered butter, mayo and pickles are placed on buns with chicken patty and chicken patty is wrapped in wrapper. <br /> Sandwich did not appear to be"doughy"at the time of inspection. <br /> Signature not captured due to COVID pandemic <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.If a reinspection is required,fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate. <br /> Received by: Name and Title: Mariah Coilton, manager <br /> EH Specialist: STEPHANIE RAMIREZ Phone: <br /> FA0018717 C00053663 SCO04 04/19/2021 <br /> EHD 16-23 Rev.06/30/15 Page 1 of 1 Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> 1868 E.
