Replace (corrected at time of inspection) <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Pool operator shall keep safety signs well maintained.(CCR 65535)Safety signs shall have clearly legible <br /> letters or numbers not less than 4 inches high, unless otherwise specified. Safety signs shall be affixed to a wall,pole, gate, or similar <br /> permanent structure in a location visible to all pool users, unless otherwise specified.(CBC 31208) <br /> #7 Pool Deck <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Several coping stones are loose. They shall be immediately resealed to prevent an injury to residents. <br /> One wood strip between concrete slabs is sticking up. This is a trip hazard. It shall be removed and replaced, immediately <br /> (repeat violation). <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:An unobstructed 4-foot wide deck of concrete or like material shall be provided and maintained Flush with the <br /> top of the pool coping. Deck shall extend completely around the pool and shall further extend 4 feet on both sides and to the rear of any <br /> diving board, ADA device, or slide. (CBC 31146)Pool operator shall keep the pool deck well maintained.(CCR 65535) <br /> #18 Pool Shell and Tile <br /> OBSERVATIONS: Pool is settling. Several tiles missing. A spa pool may be finished in a light color other than white when approved by the enforcement agency.
