The technician on site stated that the container <br /> passed the one hour hydrostatic test. <br /> Verified correct calculations and measurements were used for the overfill prevention components for the 87, 91, and diesel <br /> tanks. The system was set up to be shut-off at 94 percent. <br /> Verified proper flapper functionality for the 87, 91, and diesel tanks. <br /> The 87 and 91 tanks still have ball floats in them. The technician on site could not determine if the ball float was interfering <br /> with the flapper. The construction side of Elite IV is going to remove the ball floats.
