If an underground storage tank (UST) system will be installed, a permit is required <br /> to be submitted to, and approved by, the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (EHD) before any UST installation work can begin. <br /> ii. Additionally, an EHD UST permit to operate is required once the approved UST <br /> system is installed. <br /> e.
