THE HOT FOOD/BUFFETAREA <br /> IS JUST DIRTY OVERALL. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7. <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediate/v. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP °F --COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I went to the facility and spoke to the Person In Charge who was not aware of the compliant prior to my investigation. <br /> I observed the buffet area and did not observe evidence of"Roaches crawling around on the hot, buffet style food tables" <br /> at this time. <br /> There is currently pest control in place. <br /> I observed dust on the gold colored lamps above the hot hole cabinets, which are to be cleaned today per person in charge.) <br /> observed dust accumulation on overhead light fixture and on wall, <br /> per person in charge these hard to reach-areas will be addressed by the end of the week. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
