If you need me to write a more formal letter on <br />letterhead I can certainly do that. <br /> <br />We took in 11 containers of old oil based paint as referenced on the violation list today ( receipt attached). We have <br />another appointment on May 5th, to bring in the other items you listed. We will bring in any other waste materials over the <br />next few months. When I commented on the sand being waste it just meant that when you sand blast, the sand can only <br />be used once. It is now not usable again for sand blasting. It is now just sand that you would find at the beach. We do <br />have some sand that was contaminated with diesel that we will be taking to the clean earth facility for disposal.
