See violations 103,403,404, and 605. <br /> 2. The Victoria's Secret Hazardous Waste Training Guide suggests that State-Regulated &Toxic hazardous waste <br /> and Aerosol &Flammable hazardous waste is to be stored in separate containers. However,three stacked black <br /> containers were each storing State-Regulated &Toxic hazardous waste, such as body oils,washes, scrubs, and <br /> lotions, and Aerosol& Flammable hazardous waste, such as fragrance mists,together in each container. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business owner must ensure that all employees are thoroughly familiar with proper <br /> waste handling and emergency procedures, relevant to their responsibilities during normal facility operations and <br /> emergencies. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately re-train the employees.
