Corral Hollow Road & 1-580 <br />Natalia Subbotnikova <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION SD OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS (CCR) <br />IP <br />IT <br />X1 <br />21140 - Final Cover <br />Comments: The area north east of the landfill contains waste outside of the closure cap. The site investigation conducted on August 16, 2007 <br />revealed that waste extended beyond the facility property boundary. A letter from the EHD dated August 27, 2007 directed county Solid <br />Waste Division and Caltrans to provide a time line for compliance with closure requirements found in Title 27 CCR and to work with Caltrans <br />to further delineate and close the waste on their property. The EHD has received a response from Caltrans and county Solid Waste Division. <br />Addendum to the Closure/Post Closure Maintenance Plan has been received from county Solid Waste Division. Y�1I((i Il <br />Notes: <br />A. Operator is in the process of filling/grading low spots on the top of the north side of the landfill (Previous AC cleared). <br />B. Probes at monitoring wells # 1A, 6, and 7 measured less than 5% methane by volume of air. <br />C. Flare was operating at time of inspection. <br />D. Operator should maintain the vegetation at a minimum so that site cover inspection could easily be conducted and to prevent <br />surface fires from taking place which could cause a threat to public health and safety and the environment. <br />
