Submit corrections of the CAP to EHD for review and approval. <br /> 2.AC T 27 CCR 20919.5—Explosive Gas Control—GW 6 intermediate and shallow probe plugged <br /> (suction sound after sampling). <br /> a. Provide necessary maintenance(repairs of probes). <br /> 3.AC T 27 CCR 21145—Slope Stability—Observed the possible accumulation of rain water on the <br /> southeast side of the slope near secondary storm pond. <br /> a. Provide slope stability to prevent ponding. <br /> b. Maintain the final cover as necessary to correct the effects of settlement or other adverse factors. <br /> 4.Notes: <br /> A. Burrowing holes observed at south and east sides of landfill.Continue to make repairs of holes as needed <br /> and control burrowing. <br /> B. Rodent bait stations in place with bait sticking out which attracts birds.Reduce the amount of bait. <br /> C.
