the San Joaquin General Plan. No other cumulative transportation impacts have been
identified.
c) Findings on Adverse Effects on Human Beings.
Potential adverse effects on human beings were discussed in Section 3.3, Air Quality
(TACs); Section 3.7, Geology and Soils (seismic hazards); Section 3.9, Hazards and
Hazardous Materials; Section 3.10, Hydrology and Water Quality (flooding); Section
3.17, Transportation/Traffic (traffic hazards); and Section 3.20, Wildfire. No significant
adverse effects were identified in these sections except for hazards associated with
pedestrian travel. Mitigation Measure TRANS-1 would minimize these hazards. Project
impacts related to potential adverse effects on human beings would be less than
significant.
Pock Lane Public Review Draft IS/MND 3-78 May 2022
