Pock Lane Residential Traffic Impact Study <br /> 4.4 INTERSECTION LEVEL OF SERVICE ANALYSIS- EXISTING PLUS PROJECT CONDITIONS <br /> The intersection LOS analysis results for Existing plus Project Conditions are summarized in Table 7. <br /> Under this scenario, all but one of the study intersections would continue to operate within applicable <br /> jurisdictional standards during both peak hours. The intersection of Pock Lane & Mariposa Road would <br /> continue degrade to LOS F in the p.m. peak hour, with an additional 2.5 seconds of delay, constituting a <br /> potentially significant impact.This impact can be mitigated with the addition of a northbound right turn <br /> lane. <br /> With mitigation, the project would be consistent with level of service standards set forth under the San <br /> Joaquin General Plan. <br /> A peak hour signal warrant analysis was also conducted for the unsignalized intersection of Pock Lane & <br /> Mariposa Road, to determine if a traffic signal is warranted.A signal is not warranted at this intersection <br /> during either peak hour. Figure 9 shows projected turning movement volumes at all the study <br /> intersections for Existing plus Project Conditions.
