BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 4610 <br /> An Ordinance Amending the Zoning Map of San Joaquin County in Accordance With Section 9- <br /> 105.6 of the Ordinance Code of San Joaquin County by Reclassifying the Properties Located on <br /> the East Side of South Pock Lane,2076 Feet South of East Eighth Street, and on the West Side <br /> of South Pock Lane, 3,200 Feet South of East Eighth Street, Stockton, as Shown on the Attached <br /> Exhibit"A". <br /> The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Joaquin ordains as follows: <br /> SECTION 1. The Zoning Map of the County of San Joaquin, as amended, is hereby <br /> further amended by reclassifying property from AU-20 (Agriculture Urban Reserve, 20-acre <br /> minimum)to R-L (Low Density Residential) as shown on Exhibit"A", attached hereto and made <br /> a part of this ordinance. <br /> SECTION 2. The Community Development Director shall amend the Zoning Map of the <br /> County of San Joaquin in accordance with Section 1 of this Ordinance. <br /> SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after its <br /> adoption, and prior to the expiration of fifteen (15) days from the passage thereof, shall be <br /> published once (1) in the Stockton Record, a newspaper of general circulation published in the <br /> County of San Joaquin, State of California, with the names of the members of the Board of <br /> Supervisors voting for and against the same. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the <br /> County of San Joaquin, State of California,on this 18" of October 2022 to wit: <br /> AYES: Villapudua,Miller,Patti,Rickman,Winn <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> PA-2100031, 32, 61, 62 (ZR, SU) Ordinance 1 <br />
