BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> R-22-189 <br /> Public Hearing to Consider the Planning Commission's Recommendation to Adopt a Mitigated <br /> Negative Declaration,Approve Zone Reclassification Applications Nos.PA-2100031 and PA- <br /> 2100061, and Approve Minor Subdivision Application Nos. PA-2100032 and PA-2100062 of <br /> Pock Lane Partners,LLC, and Yolanda Sanchez. <br /> (District 1) <br /> --------- ---- <br /> WHEREAS, on August 4, 2022, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission <br /> considered Zone Reclassification Applications Nos. PA-2100031 and PA-2100061, and Minor <br /> Subdivision Application Nos. PA-2100032 and PA-2100062 and voted 5 to 0 to forward them to <br /> the Board of Supervisors for approval;and <br /> WHEREAS, on October 18, 2022,the Board of Supervisors conducted a properly noticed <br /> public hearing on Zorie Reclassification Applications Nos. PA-2100031 and PA-2100061, and <br /> Minor Subdivision Application Nos. PA-2100032 and PA-2100062 as recommended by the <br /> Planning Commission, during which they received oral and documentary evidence on the matter; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that this Board of Supervisors: <br /> 1. Adopts the Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting <br /> Program for Zone Reclassification Nos. PA-2100031 and PA-21000061, and Major <br /> Subdivision Nos.PA-2100032 and PA-21000062. (Exhibit A). <br /> 2. Approves Zone Reclassification No. PA-2100031 with the Bases for Zone <br /> Reclassification(Exhibit B). <br /> 3. Approves Major Subdivision No. PA-2100032 with the Findings for Major <br /> Subdivision(Exhibit C)and Conditions of Approval (Exhibit D). <br /> 4. Approves Zone Reclassification No. PA-2100061 with the Bases for Zone <br /> Reclassification(Exhibit B); and. <br /> 5. Approves Major Subdivision No. PA-2100062 with the Findings for Major <br /> Subdivision(Exhibit C) and Conditions of Approval(Exhibit E) <br /> PA-2100031, 32, 61, 62(ZR, SU) Resolution 1 <br />
