The report shall include evaluation of non-point source of <br /> hazardous materials, including agricultural chemical residues, as well as potential point <br /> sources, such as fuel storage tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage areas.The report <br /> shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department at time of submittal of a tentative <br /> map(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-905.12). <br /> Note: The Environmental Health Department has received and reviewed the surface and <br /> subsurface contamination report and found it meets the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code. <br /> 2) Prior to the issuance of any building permits, sewer facilities shall either be bonded for or be <br /> in place,as evidenced by a letter from the serving entity(San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title,Section 9-1100.3(d)), <br /> Note: A will-serve letter from the City of Stockton for sewer service provisions has been <br /> received. <br /> 3) This project shall be provided with public water service at the time of Final Map recordation. <br /> A letter shall be submitted from the purveyor stating that these services either are bonded <br /> for or are in place, prior to final approval(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1120.2). <br /> Note:A will-serve letterfrom California Water Service for water provisions has been received. <br /> 4) The existing homesite may continue to use the existing well and septic system until a repair <br /> or replacement is needed. When a repair or replacement is needed connection to public <br /> services is required.
