Glare or distracting lights which could be mistaken for airport <br /> lights. Reflective materials are not permitted to be used in <br /> structures or signs(excluding traffic directing signs). <br /> b. Sources of dust, steam, or smoke which may impair pilot <br /> visibility. <br /> c.
