The Project is located at 3009 S. Pock <br /> Lane, in Stockton, CA(APN 179-120-11)and lies within one of the thirteen communities <br /> in the State selected by the California Air Resources Board (CARE) for investment of <br /> additional air quality resources and attention under Assembly Bill(AB)617(2017,Garcia) <br /> in an effort to reduce air pollution exposure in impacted disadvantaged communities. <br /> Proiect Scope <br /> According to the referral document,the Project consists of a subdivision development of <br /> 108 residential lots.
