Aerial Photographs <br /> AGI reviewed aerial photographs of the subject property and surrounding area that <br /> were provided by EDR for the years 1937, 1940, 1957, 1963, 1968, 1975, 1982, 1993, <br /> 1998, 2006, 2009, 2012 and 2016. The following is a summary of our review of the <br /> aerial photographs: <br /> Years Subject Property Surrounding Area <br /> 1937, 1940, 1957, The subject property is agricultural land with The surrounding area is all agricultural land. <br /> 1963, 1968 a canal running east to west through the By 1957, there is a single family residence <br /> center of the property. Historical Topographic Maps <br /> AGI reviewed historical topographic maps of the subject property and surrounding area <br /> that were supplied by EDR for the years 1913, 1952, 1968, 1976, 1987 and 2012. The <br /> following is a summary of our review of the topographic maps: <br /> Years Subject Property Surrounding Area <br /> 1913 The subject property is mapped with a creek North- No features mapped. <br /> running through the middle of the property South-No features mapped. <br /> with no other features. East-A road, across which no features are <br /> mapped. <br /> West-No features mapped. <br /> 1952 The subject property is mapped with three North-A single structure to the northeast. <br /> structures on the east side of the property, South-A radio station, noted to have the <br /> north of Duck Creek. Duck Creek runs from call sign KSTN. <br /> east to west through the middle of the East-Pock Lane, across which are five <br /> subject property. structures. <br /> West-No features mapped. <br />
