AdvancedGeo <br /> An Employee-Owned Company <br /> "I ....�. <br /> VAPOR ENCROACHMENT SCREENING (ASTM E2600-15) <br /> KASA PROPERTY <br /> 3009 POCK LANE, STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA <br /> 11 December 2020 <br /> In accordance with ASTM Standard E2600-15 and the Buonicore Area of Concern <br /> determination (2011)1, AdvancedGeo, Inc. performed the initial Tier 1 Vapor <br /> Encroachment Screening which includes determining the presence or likely presence of <br /> volatile organic compounds (VOCs)vapors in the sub-surface of the subject property (SP) <br /> caused by the release of vapors from contaminated soil or groundwater either on or near <br /> the Target Property within an Area of Concern (AOC) to determine if a potential Vapor <br /> Encroachment Condition (VEC) exists. Should sites fall within the AOC, a limited Tier 2 <br /> screening will be performed. <br /> TIER 1 SCREENING <br /> (1) Ground Water Flow Direction: Is the groundwater flow direction known? <br /> No Proceed to (1a) <br /> X Yes Proceed to (1 b) <br /> Identify the groundwater flow direction here: East <br /> (1 a) If groundwater flow direction is unknown, the AOC is: <br /> • Non-Petroleum Hydrocarbon Contaminants of Concern (COC): 1,760 feet <br /> (1/3-mile) from the contaminated site boundary to the boundary of the SP. <br /> • Dissolved Petroleum Hydrocarbon COC: 528 feet (1/10-mile) for from the <br /> contaminated site boundary to the boundary of the SP. <br /> • Free Product (Light non-aqueous phase liquids f LNAPL)) COC: 528 feet <br /> (1/10-mile) for from the contaminated site boundary to the boundary of the <br /> SP. <br /> Are sites located within the AOC?
