SITE RECONNAISSANCE <br /> A subject property site reconnaissance was conducted by an AGI representative on 26 <br /> January 2021. At the time of the site visit the weather was overcast and cool. Primary <br /> features of the property are shown in a site plan provided in Figure 2. Photographs of <br /> selected features of the subject site are included in Appendix A. <br /> 4.1. METHODOLOGY AND LIMITING CONDITIONS <br /> The property was partially accessible during the site reconnaissance. The structures <br /> on the northern parcel were not viewable during the site reconnaissance. No other <br /> limiting conditions were noted. <br /> 4.2. GENERAL SITE SETTING <br /> The following is a description of the primary features of the subject property observed <br /> at the time of the site visit: <br /> • The subject parcels are located in a residential/agricultural area of Stockton, <br /> California. <br /> • The northern parcel is accessible via a driveway via Pock Lane. <br /> • The southern parcel is accessible to the west from Pock Lane and is ungated. <br /> • The southern parcel is an undeveloped lot used for agricultural purposes. <br /> • The property to the east is used for industrial purposes. <br /> The following is a description of the property improvements: <br /> Structures No structures are present on the subject property. <br /> Adjoining /Access / Pock Lane to the west of subject property. <br /> Egress Roads <br /> Surface Types Asphalt and dirt. <br /> Additional Features An irrigation well exists in the center of the subject property. <br /> Surface Water There is no surface water on the subject property. However a seasonally dry canal is <br /> located to the north of the northern parcel. <br /> At the time of the site reconnaissance, current uses of adjacent properties included the <br /> following: <br /> North Undeveloped agricultural land. <br /> South Undeveloped agricultural land. <br /> East Commercial/Industrial. <br /> West Residential/Undeveloped. <br /> Current uses of the adjoining properties do not appear to be of potential environmental <br /> concern to the subject property. <br />
