(AGI) via email dated 3 August 2020. The former Apache Plastics <br /> property is located at 2050 East Fremont Street in Stockton (Site). <br /> AGI requested permission to destroy wells IW-1, IW-2, and MW-23 to allow for <br /> construction at the Site. <br /> Central Valley Water Board staff approve your request to destroy wells IW-1, IW-2, and <br /> MW-23. San Joaquin County Environmental Management Department (SJDEMD) <br /> maintains jurisdictional authority for well destructions.
