Awaiting return call. <br />02/03/2021 Called restaurant and spoke with the owner Kevin regarding the complaint. Per <br />owner, the restaurant is open for indoor dining. I informed him that our county is <br />only in the purple tier currently and that any seating shall be outdoors only. He <br />stated that he understood and asked what will happen if his restaurant receives <br />another complaint. I told him that our Department will refer it to the district <br />attorney.
