COMPLAINANT FOUND A PUBIC HAIR IN THEIR ASADA FRIES. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I went to the facility and spoke with the manager who was aware of a compliant. <br /> Per the manager a customer purchased food and left. <br /> The customer returned to the facility with a plate that had all of the food eaten and plat was empty. <br /> There was a hair on the plate and the customer showed the manager. <br /> Per the manager asada fries are made with frozen french fries thath are deep fried and cheese, guacamole and sour cream <br /> are placed on top of the fries. <br /> Cheese sauce is canned and placed in the hot hold table. <br /> I observed covered cheese sauce on hot hold (153F) <br /> I observed covered squeeze bottles of sour cream stored in reach-in under prep (front prep top refrigerator) <br /> Guacamole is avacado, vinegar, salt, and lemon. <br /> I observed prepared guacamole in prep top refrigerator at front counter(38F) <br /> A customer ordered fries with cheese sauce during the inspection. <br /> I did not observe "Pubic hair in fries..."I also observed flooring and I did not observe "Roaches on the floor" at the time of this <br /> investigation. <br /> FA0002108 000053263 SCO04 01/21/2021 <br /> EHD 16-23 Rev.01/07/2021 Page 1 of 2 Complaint Inspection Report <br /> 1868 E.
