See official inspection report. ACEVEDO <br />Upon arrival, I spoke with the manager on site in regards to the fire. The manager <br />stated that the fire was started from outside of the facility, arson, and that it only <br />reached the back door and burnt the flooring for the office located on the second <br />floor. Observed the kitchen to be completely untouched by the fire and the <br />manager stated that the fire department did not cut the power to the facility due to <br />the fire being well contained and not affecting anything in terms of the market <br />operation. The walk-in cooler is functioning properly, as well as the display cooler <br />used for the meat department. The facility placed metal sheets to patch the hole in <br />which the fire originally started and the building has a faint smoke-smell to it. The <br />facility has opened to front door to help air out the smoke-smell but overall the fire <br />did not affect the market operation from my observation. <br />Official inspection report mailed to facility. <br />Official inspection report discussed with ALICIA BUENROSTRO, signature not <br />obtained at this time. <br />5105.rpt Page 1 of 1
